Wow, Skiing is exhausting when you do it for more than one hour. My legs are aching and protesting in agony. Today we had an instructor whose name was Santos who took us for one hour to refresh our minds of what we could do. He taught us how to stop and turn (although I did not remember some of it) and how to walk up a hill the right way (sideways). I found walking up the hill sideways pretty ******* the calves.
