... clock tower is a beautiful site. After exploring and learning about the fortress we walked back down then through the tunnel. The history of this place truly blew us away. We stopped at a cafe for some drinks and people watching before freshening up at the hotel. Pete read somewhere that the Glockenturm ring its bells a couple of hundred times at 7am, 12pm and 7pm, so we were back out for some drinks by 7 to listen to the bells. So we're now on route to Ljubljana capital of Slovenia. Our 4th Capital city this trip and 8th country crossed. We're 6 miles short of 1500miles into our trip and it's been amazing so far. After checking the padlocks were secure on our own bags, we swifty walked in the opposite direction to all the commotion and came across a love link bridge full of padlocks which was really awesome. We also discovered a floating metal island thing in the middle of the river Mur so we had a wander across that which was pretty cool.
