... through is very flat, dry and seems to be quite poor in most areas. The people have been very friendly including one man in a small village that stopped for a chat and then gave us a small Polish flag to take on our way. The language for us has been almost unpronouncable - some words don't even have a vowel in them! The history of the country has been horiffic for the people and their resiliance is amazing. We still have not visited Warsaw or Krackow - next time I guess!

... i umozliwiajacego posiadanie rodziny/ pracy zdalnej.
Na razie bede 1 noga w Rio ,2. w Szczecinie. Pracuje kilka dni na dyzurach nocnych, pozniej chill. Moja praca jest bardziej dla mnie hobby:) Nie czuje, ze ide pracowac. Moj przyjaciel twierdzi, ze zaraz mi przejdzie i bede wypalona zawodowo za 2 lata;)... Mam kilka odskoczni wiec mysle, ze bedzie spoko:)

Alongside me in the queue for the 19:05 bus from Berlin Hbf to Szeczin for phase 18.7 (b) of the journey to Warsaw is James. He's on the way from his home in Münster to teach English for a week in the Polish hills. I find out that like me he's into his amateur dramatics as we await the arrival of the 22:00 sleeper train at the train station later. My ream of fudged-together 'tickets' ...

... we headed for a nearby Indian restaurant offering a discount because we had flown with Wizzair. The food was plentiful, tasty and the bill came to less than 20.00 and, had we known, just one portion of poppadoms would have sufficed as we ended with with twelve to share between us!
