... the Seychelles diving, golfing, more diving, and fishing. As a first dive destination, I definitely spoiled myself for the future. We had little internet, no TV, and no phone service. And I loved every minute of it. It was the perfect place for a small group to disappear. Although, when we go back, we'll definitely need a better solution to getting around (thanks for driving Sam).

For supper we had spaghetti. We went to bed early because we had to get up early.

Oh dear. What can I say about Seychelles? It's a beautiful emerald dropped in the Indian Ocean. A green rock in a turquoise sea. Small crescent beaches are tucked in around huge black boulders. Very dramatic. And the roads crossing the island snake up the hills through forests of huge plants. They're the kind you have on your windowsill or in pot in an empty corner, except a philadendron leaf is ...

... us to a big underwater rock where there was a school of brightly coloured fish living amongst the coral and rock. It was one of the best experiences of my life.

I would highly recommend that a school group books a diving experience with the Dive Seychelles Underwater Center. The instructor was highly qualified and kept us safe and was able to handle a group. The experience itself was awesome.
