Day 2 – Milano to the Dolomites.

All the suitcases are stuffed into the car and poor Alexandra is crammed into the uncomfortable back seat. Miryam, Suzanne and Alberto share the three middle seats. Cesar, who is the navigator, and I sit comfortably in the front seats. Droit du seigneur!

We are off to visit the city of Romeo and Juliet, Verona, as well as take the scenic road bordering Lago di Garda before arriving at our airbnb lodgings in the ...

... at the hotel around 6pm and settled in,Castelrotto is a picturesque town, more Germanic then Italian and overshadowed by the mighty "Scilar" (it's a mountain) at 2450 m. Our hotel Cavallino D'Oro is very nice and the staff very ...

So simply getting a coffee takes quite a while, especially when the Italians are prone to barging in front of anyone! Bolzano is nestled in ...

... The owner explained that someone (him) had neglected to log it into the computer after we had paid this morning...in cash....with no receipt....anyone get my drift...?
But not to worry - we had to set-up again any way, so it didn't really worry us.
Have been poring over maps tonight to try to work out where we go tomorrow.... Treas is trying to wrangle some cultural things into the schedule, but their timing isn't being ...

    Bike Tour Murano to Trento

Every day's scenery is so different to the next. Murano was beautiful river and orchard riding. The next day was gorgeous little hill towns which did not sit so well, other than taking a long wrong path which took us a while to back track the rest of the day was all up hill! Photos are funnier than me trying ...
