    ... in the highlands to see an awesome alpine lake. It was actually a trudge through the snow, sometimes up to our knees, to a tiny ice-covered body of water at the top called Mt Okoto, or the Eyeball, because it an eyeball. Even though no one was really clad for the walking conditions, it was a beautiful walk in the mountains, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the alpine views.

    ... to feed each bear so if anyone's interested, their website is (four paws) Once they had been brought to the sanctuary, they were put into these really large fenced off areas in native forest, designed to replicate their original environment. The bears who were here looked pretty happy, although some of them still had the whole dancing bear routine going along and would shuffle side to side for 5 minutes at a time as we watched.     ... Ivan into the bushes and took him on a ride. It was a romantic morning and Ivan was very happy. Vlad unfortunately had woken with a very sore throat, getting the cold almost everyone else has had including Ivan in Buchapiss.
