... walk right past us practically brushing our legs, we are so shocked we don't photograph this bit! However once she's on the platform we snap away and it's truly amazing seeing them so up close. From KL we jumped on a flight to Medan, Northern Sumatra. It seems that Medan has a reputation for being the worst place to visit in SE Asia, not sure why it got this name, although not an aesthetically beautiful city there was nothing wrong with it; the locals were lovely and the food we ate was awesome. We did only stay one night, but wouldn't have minded if we had to stay longer, but jungles and trekking awaited us!!
