... monks today. We returned to Assisi in the evening for dinner and then happened to find a chamber music concert in a small chapel. It was performed by members of the Assisi performing arts, a group of musicians from all over the world who come to Assisi for 3 weeks during the summer to study and perform. ... golf for the afternoon in the marvellous Antagnola Golf Course. The course was set in the hills of Umbria and was simply beautiful. A huge castle (being restored) overlooked the course and the hills and scenery were stunning. Helped perhaps by the perfect blue sky and puffy white clouds.
