... close to the marina that has music coming from it. I ate a lamb dish for dinner and since the Greeks eat dinner very late in the day and will frequently make an evening of it, it wasn't until close to 11 PM that we left the taverna.

I went back to the yacht to dress in my club clothes and to go to one of the few dance clubs that remained open over the winter. Although it wasn’t packed, the club was still a lot of fun and we had a great time.

It’s a little cool outside for a party island that is famous for its nude beaches and all-night dance clubs. This is the first time that I wished we were visiting Greece during the tourist season since the town almost feels empty and the beaches deserted.

Unfortunately, we had to catch the boat to Athens that afternoon. The hell of it was, that we had landed (and rented our car) in the old port, but had to hike over three kilometers to reach our return ship in the new port! DOH! Well, we needed the exercise anyway. : )

So back to Athens we go and our last night of the trip...

So the 6am wake calls begun with Monday morning! We had breakfast grabbed our bags got on the bus and were off to board the ship! It took about 2 hours for the whole process which was annoying but worth it. We had one roomate with us, Lindsey who was vacationing with her brother Joe. It was nice... more like a bus-on-water kind of thing. A trip up to the fortified city on the hill to visit a museum who's only purpose for being open is due to the fact that we are visiting. After getting our fill of archeological artifacts we walk around experiencing what the city has to offer. This city is much busier than previous islands, this is mostly due to the island being much less tourist dependant. How on Earth did I get to be so lucky?

My family and I went on a cruise of the Greek Islands. We ate a lot, got sea sick once, soaked up the sun, and absorbed the classically beautiful white and blue colours on the islands. There weren't very much ship activities that my sister and I were interested in but Allyson and I did win a bingo game! Mykonos was by far our favorite island because of its beauty.
