We have explored the different tourism and hospitality products at Kampong Glam and have come up with an itinerary for a group of seniors in their 70's from Hong Kong. This half day itinerary will help them to understand and know the Malay culture better. We have brainstormed and have come up with some assumptions on seniors in their 70's. We have …

... Restaurants and apartments, as well as hotels, line the river and you could probably find every imaginable type of food to muuch on....... except McDonalds. Weather has been warm but threats of rain have punctuated the days.

Over breakfast we looked at maps and guide books and decided that The Singapore Botanical Gardens were within trekking distance - 2 mile or so. Set off at about 10 am ...

Arriving into Singapore, I was shattered to say the least. Annoyingly, my flight had touched down in Colombo, Sri Lanka; the place I would spend the next 3 days traveling over there. When I realised this, I felt like a bit of a pleb, but it would turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Almost immediately it struck me how kind and warm Singaporeans are. From the lady in the airport showing me how to use the ...

... the game would be called off now.

But no, despite the puddles, the wet patches on the pitch (on a good length too), the decision was made that we would be able start at 1:00pm for a 25 over a side game.

Amazing! But at 1.00pm the Duke and I walked out to bat. The Duke took strike against the orange Dukes ball and we were away.

The ball was wobbling early, but was easy to see. We hit it hard but it went nowhere fast over wet grass. ...
