A lovely lazy day today, with lots of swimming in the morning and afternoon, and a quiet lunch in the hotel rooms out of the sun, watching a movie. Dinner out at Marina Bay Sands tonight. What an amazing shopping centre! Every high end brand you can think of in one enormous place. Chanel, Gucci, YSL, Bvulgari, Prada, Ferrari, Hermes, Dior.... Etc etc. Incredible place. Has a channel down the middle with gondolas to take ...

... last week, I went online to search for dance schools in Singapore. And before I knew it, I was heading to Scape to register and attend my first ever dance class!! I was stoked really. ... just finishing some renovations, so it was the evening before their big grand opening. Lots of people around and it was all very festive, the smell of jasmine was overpowering.

After that, I got an oyster omelette and sat down beside a nice couple, who told me I was making the right choice and Singapore is too expensive for teachers like me. Maybe if I worked at a private regular daytime school, it would be alright, but working at a "tuition" is ****.

... if I don't make it through this find me a wife and tell her I love her." At 1am after a 5hr flight that was pretty hilarious. Ok...didn't have to find Haz a wife. Phew. Chris saved the day. Somehow he manages to get us pulled out of the 2km queue and ushered into a ducks nuts 7 seater taxi. Don't know how he did it. His life motto is "God is good to me." It would ...
