We spent some time in the old town of Corfu and found our way back to the ship for a late lunch and a nap.

Chris split off from us and returned to the ship as he is not much of a swimmer and had no intention of going into the ocean. The Sharf's, BEF & I hopped in a cab for the trip to Mons Palace where we found the perfect beach! AT LAST…a dip in the water. The water was so soothing and clear. In Saranda blieb ich 3 Tage. Ich war in einem Hostel, das von einem seeeehr coolen Typen gefuehrt wird. Er ist einfach legendaer. Auf alle Fragen ist seine Antwort: 'No Problem, easy'. Er kann dir wirklich in (fast) allem weiterhelfen. Ihm kann man in einem Blog gar nicht gerecht werden, man muss ihn selber erleben... Zudem war das Hostel noch extrem guenstig, und das inklusive Fruehstueck!
Saranda selber ist eigentlich ziemlich haesslich. Leerstehende ...

... ein unvergesslicher Ausblick. In Dhermi fand ich einen menschenleeren Stand vor. Auf etwa 1.5 Kilometer kamen gerade mal etwa 10 badende Leute. In der Hochsaison wird der aber von ItalienerInnen ueberschwemmt. Das Wasser ist wunderschoen blau und genau die richtige, erfrischende Temperatur, zudem gab es einen angenehmen Wellengang. ... Tirana, hablan albanés, y no tienen nada muy característico. Pero al parecer, tenía playas más que bonitas. Y decidí pasar un día en mi camino desde Grecia hacia Montenegro... a falta de vuelos baratos para hacer la conexión.
