After breakfast we walk along the sea front and sea a few turtles that are feeding off the discarded fish that the fishermen are chucking our board. We then stroll along the pedestrianised shopping are as w are searching for a road atlas for Greece mainland....so far without success!
Today we are returning to the Oceanis Hotel in Poros for our last night on Kefalonia. We travel ...

On on return to the hotel we sat on the balcony for a little while and then, once again sheltered from a shower! We've just returned from Sunset where we enjoyed a sunset glass of wine....although didn't see the sun set due to the rain!

And with a little noise sounding much like a kiss, the phone went dead! Kids can be so annoying at times, can’t they!

Then we continued a little further north and found a lovely little cove where we had our picnic and then spent a couple of hours on the beach and in the sea, which was wonderful!
In in the evening we again returned to the Sunset taverna for a very good dinner and wine!
VERY heavy rain, LOUD thunder and BRIGHT lightening for a long time over night! kept us awake,,,,!! ...
... of sea, local village/town, islands and mountains.
We unpack and head for the local taverna which is about 100yards down hill! Local beer is very good!
Later we we return there for dinner which is also good. We meet our fello guests, Peter and Pat, who are in the room next door, and also using the taverna. They are English and from Kent.
