We had our map and headed to the north of the island as the road ended we saw a sign saying Beach 3km. The road become just a dirt track, bumpy, rocky and through the jungle. But it would be a crime not to follow it! So we took the plunge drove very carefully down the bumpy road and made our way to the secluded beach. When we ...

... beaches on the coast. We stopped by a market, had lunch for $1.50 (for the two of us!) and picked up some fruit, coconut juice and pancakes :-)). It reminded me of times when I traveled in north Thailand, rode through towns on my own, appreciating the local culture, people and food. I am really going to miss this. Tomorrow I spend my last day in Thailand. Then I'm headed to Singapore for 2 days to obtain visa, then Bali ...
