I have arrived!
... gives me a thorough tour showing me how to switch on lights use the coffee machine etc. I've never had a room tour ( I've never stayed in a 5diamond hotel) before and this was soooo helpful, if you only stay somewhere 1 or2 nights then you don't want to spend half a day trying to work out how to use the AC controls!
