    ... very relieved to get off the road at Narbonne and make our way to the campsite at Colombiers, which is right by the Canal du Midi and quite sheltered. We last stayed here about 5 years ago - in summer. Rob's arms were aching with trying to control the steering.

    ... to cycle in wind. The next day of cycling was absolutely one of our top 3 days ever on a bike trip. We rode along the coast, and then inland up a difficult climb.
