... to get lunch at the burger place pointed out to us by the apartments owner. A simple hamburger with fries cost a colossal €14 so Issy and I halved one and we all agreed to get something more to eat from the bakery and fromagerie afterwards. ... made the stupid mistake of stopping at a café next to Notre Dame for coffee and a small bruschetta snack which we shared, all of which cost the grand sum of €28 - that is 46NZD for afternoon tea! ... out below the tower (nor would you want to) because the space is all concrete and full of people, lines, elevators and vending stands. But all along the perimeter, there is tons of park space and benches to simply hang out, relax and enjoy the views.
