... Back on the bikes and we start climbing some more, then soon enough it is time to stop for a refresher.........coconut water, fresh from a road side vendor. He deftly shapes the top of the coconut for us to drink from. Once finished we give him back the husks and he cuts us a little spoon out before opening the nut so we can get at the young coconut flesh.
