    ... coach station and then on coach for 40min journey to Larnaca Airport. Checkedin using our boarding pass downloaded to is amazing. Thro security and wandered around duty free. New airport at Larnaca is very good, nothing like the mayhem of when we were living out here in the 80s and 90s.....we miss it!     ... was quite big, functional, and its interior was nice. Even the color of the plastic curtains were matching well with the shower in shades of blue, green and white. Towels had matching colours and were plenty of them in the wardrobe. A hair drier is also provided.

The other tour sites were a couple of churches (one with an old cave underneath where a very early Christian Church had been excavated, and an aqueduct likely on a site of an old Roman one, but it had been rebuilt in the 18th century, so it is unclear.

    Larnaca is not bad for a tourist beach town, i.e. it is not that built up or full of vendors hawking **** at you on the beach ...
