    ... this, Ollie and Tom are messing round with some form of ball, Chris and David are catching up with the Man Utd match, and Sally and Rochelle are doing washing (typical!)
    Tommorow morning, we are heading out very early to stay at Heron Island (the Great Barrier Reef) for three nights. We are staying on a small island with no TV, mobiles or WiFi so the next update will have to wait a bit!

    ... 752 miles ( 1250 km) in 6 days and then took the free train to the terminal for check-in. Had to do this silly self serv check-in, whereby you inset your passport into this kiosk machine, answer a heap of questions and it prints a boarding pass, plus it prints a baggage ticket which is printed on a manned counter.     ... but we found even with free breakfast at our hostel money didn't go as far in Sydney. Back to pasta and sauce for the week! On our last day we checked out of the hostel at 10, and walked with full bags (mine now weighs 18.5kg) and small rucksack (7kg) for a combined weight of too heavy.
