La Boca et Caminito
... est en fait un ancien port. La réponse est "rien d'intéressant", donc ne perdez pas votre temps là. On retourne donc au coeur de Caminito, on arrête pour une bière et un p'tit sandwich pour moi (car Pierre a découvert avec horreur les 18 étages du burger Boca au resto du musée...assez pour nourrir une famille de 12 !!!) et ensuite je reprends le tour du quartier avec ma caméra en mode "pop color" pendant que Pierre regarde s'il pourrait pas se trouver quelque chose ...
Familiar Feelings
... 8217;t understand how it could help someone to grieve any more than a simple tomb stone. It’s the memories we have that are precious, lives lived together, not a name carved in stone.
Like I said I’m missing the point, I don’t try to mean a grave holds no significant place, but the extravagance and wealth on display at this particular cemetery seemed strange. Surely the knowledge that all of us one day will die is a sobering and humbling fact? ...
What time?
... up a long flight of stairs you are welcomed into an array of mixed matched tables and chairs circling a wooden dance floor, two guitarist and an amazing singer perched themselves in the middle, one guitarists would stomp his feet sending an almighty thump through your body and people would tango around them. It was a beautiful sight. After a few beers and noticing we were the only ones left we decided to walk back to the hostel at about 4am.

Our weekend in Chile and returning to Buenos Aires

After a very enjoyable few days in Chile, we weren't too thrilled to have to spend all of Tuesday and Tuesday night on buses to get us back to Buenos Aires. This wasn't helped by the fact that our first bus was incredibly quick and so we then had to kill 4 hours at Mendoza bus station- not the most interesting of places! The night bus improved our mood though with games of bingo and surprise food, all in our luxury seats and by 9am ...
