An old town in the flats that we had thought about sailing to but given the weather we thought better to go by road! A tour of Monfalcone followed and we managed to get an Italian sim so we have wifi ...

We arrived after a dry motor all the way and Eric very pleased with choice of boatyard for the winter. Very professional and made to feel very welcome. Sad day as Sallie 1 had to go as she has perished so much we don't think she will blow up again -saggy bottom and edges with age! Now we have a few weeks to explore Italy and Slovenia before heading ...
