The Italian kitchen really is a magical place.
We don't think most people, unless having actually been to Italy, have tasted real Italian cooking. Amongst many amazing things that come from a real Italian kitchen, the underlining family, community and social aspect of it stood out most to us. Eating in Italy is an event.
