... conversational, then fluent, within a year... or two...

Now, on to our day in the Cinque Terra. Based on our plan from yesterday, we hop aboard the train to Riomaggiore. The trip was about 40 minutes, and took us through many pretty villiages along the Italian Riviera, including the other four villages that comprise the Cinque Terra. The Riomaggiore stop was crowded, so we took one of ...

Today we left our home in Trastevere and bid our lovely hosts, Mario and Guapo, farewell with a heavy heart. We caught a bus to Termini, and not a second too soon as well as the train was ready to depart by the time we had reached the platform. She did offer to refund us our money if we wanted to stay elsewhere because of her messy apt (because of the rain flooding it) but we kept on. Overall, she was really a nice lady, she had the sweetest dog - who had quite a story of his own - she adopted him in Africa! And he accompanied her to Florida as well. Awesome.

... was alot less people so had a nice swim before going to do some internet stuff to work out where we would go the next day. Decided to go back to Rome cos all the campsites were booked out and it wasnt very relaxing anyway.

After another swim to cool down, went to bed but much to our disdain, the Kareoke bar started up, which consisted of the worst singing I have ever heard (mostly kids) broadcasted through the campsite til 1145pm ...
