... they felt slightly short changed having to make do with a sweaty panini from the buffet trolley as I gorged myself silly. Just arrived at an excellent hostel in milan, they are laying on aperitifs and an all you can eat buffet for 5 euros so i think i might partake. Just met a young Korean , south before you ask, who is currently with me on the terrace smoking a pipe....how weird is that! Into the Alps tomorrow via the Bernina ...

... was alot less people so had a nice swim before going to do some internet stuff to work out where we would go the next day. Decided to go back to Rome cos all the campsites were booked out and it wasnt very relaxing anyway.

After another swim to cool down, went to bed but much to our disdain, the Kareoke bar started up, which consisted of the worst singing I have ever heard (mostly kids) broadcasted through the campsite til 1145pm ...

That tower leans a lot! When I got on the first few steps, I felt a bit dizzy because I was trying to adjust to how the tower leaned as I climbed up. At the very top, we got wonderful views of the city of Pisa. But that tower still leaned, which meant that when I made a circle around the top of the tower, I could feel it tipping to one side.
