... buildings surrounding it that I didn't know existed. It was night so there weren't many people there and the lawn was blocked off. We immediately started doing the classic leaning tower pose and were having a great time. We were all in weird moods I think because we were laughing non-stop pretty much the whole time. We got closer to the tower and continued to take weird pictures but had strangers take them this time. After that, we walked a little and laid ...

... of games of ******** with Ben, Eleanor and their friend Megan who were staying in the same hostel as me. The following day I got up early to hike along the Cinque Terre paths between the third, fourth and fifth villages. Ben and Eleanor came with me and as the train pulled into the 3rd town, Corniglia, our mouths dropped at the sight of the steep, never ending staircase ahead of us. It was a rude introduction to the hike and I was puffed, hot and sweaty when we ...

... was alot less people so had a nice swim before going to do some internet stuff to work out where we would go the next day. Decided to go back to Rome cos all the campsites were booked out and it wasnt very relaxing anyway.

After another swim to cool down, went to bed but much to our disdain, the Kareoke bar started up, which consisted of the worst singing I have ever heard (mostly kids) broadcasted through the campsite til 1145pm ...
