    ... us to a village where there was a museum dedicated to the Russian occupation and outside the museum was a group of women who were sent to Siberia as children and managed to return to Lithuania. The group sang for us and told stories of Siberia and the Russians. Finally our bus visited an old RAF pilots home which was deep in the country and he told us stories of Lithuania and we drank homemade apple juice which was the best I have ever ...

    ... Carol ate the stuffing out of another and the two people needed to lift the remains took the rest away. The rest of the meal was pretty good. Potato pancakes with bacon and Pork neck skewers all washed down with the local beer. Back on board having walked around for about 6 hours. Time to rest up for the cruise Bar B Que. The Bar B Que was great, lots of seafood of all descriptions including bulk lobster, crab, prawns etc. Had to set it up inside as a bit windy. What ...

    ... the ship and took one final picture of the sea ghost statue by the rotating draw bridge. We even prompted a Harry Potter look-alike to pose inside of the statue. With no idea what to expect in Klaipeda, we certainly are glad to have had the opportunity to learn and see more about this town.We're casting off at 1800 and are expected to arrive in Visby at 0700 tomorrow ...
