... Sophie had an urge to visit Hello Kitty secret garden- l thought it was going to be a large area with cafés set in a garden. There was no garden only dilapidated high rise buildings. Had to wait about 40 minutes for a table. Thank goodness it was only about 22 degrees.
Ask me next year whether it was worth the wait- Soohie liked it but she too thought she would be spending lots.
Asked 2 girls next to us at the cafe what sights we should visit. They ...

We didn't feel too (need italics!) bad turning him down as we hadn't said we wanted the photos, but I assume they do that for everyone- Kodak must be ok with throwing money away. ... and the JW Marriott in Shanghai. So it seemed appropriate. The lobby was beautiful but by far it was the most expensive and most disappointing of the three. It was a very basic tea unlike the other two. After tea I did the night tour. The lights all were beautiful. The tour ended at the Avenue of Stars (comparable to Hollywood Blvd) a perfect spot to watch the symphony of lights. The buildings in the harbour all light up and music plays. They do this every evening at 8pm ...

... great templestay experience, it was a much needed break from the stresses we had gone through a couple days before trying to plan our trip to Hong Kong.

We left the temple around 1:00pm and had about 8 hours before our flight to Hong Kong. We were still a little hungry after lunch so we decided to go back to one of the vegan restaurants and try their ice cream that we'd been wanting to try. We looked at the cup sizes they were ...
