... restaurant a short walk from Prince Edward Metro Station. Ordering by ticking several of the fifty-odd boxes on the menu, we shared a ten dish dim sum bonanza. Dishes both familiar (e.g. spring rolls) and unfamiliar (e.g. Chin Chow style steamed dumpling) to the casual Chinese food consumer filled us to the brink of regurgitation. I hadn't heard anything. ...

That evening after our usual cocktails we had a prepared Dim Sum meal in the Golden Leaf restaurant at the Conrad. This had been prepared by Samuel, the Maitre D' of the restaurant.
At the end of the meal we were presented with a selection of small desserts including a small cake with a candle in the centre and the inscription "Happy Birthday"

This was very enjoyable, and we probably over indulged.
