... a Harbour Cruise and watch the Laser Light Show, which was strangely disappointing. We all felt the same. Not sure what we expected, but hey ho it was certainly an experience to see the Kowloon and HK Island waterfront lit up from the Harbour. So, each bill was inspected 3 times, passed through a forgery scanner 3 times, all my docs were in triplicate and had at least 2 stamps in each page by the time I was done. All to exchange a couple of dollars. Maybe I should have gone to a hotel. The 4-5 star one have Exchange counters that offer the same exchange rate at the banks since it's monitored by the government. I can't go to a street vendor and exchange money. LOL ...
