... There wasn't much of it, and the sculptures were pretty geared towards the Hong Kong love of taking selfies, with lots of things you could sit inside or pose in front of. There was one particularly impressive sculpture of a cathedral, but I imagine the whole show wasn't a patch on actual Harbin (not in terms of temperature either, it's minus 30 there). It was still pretty good to see what can be ...

... one of our favourite drinks with an element from one of our favourite desserts, to create their Brulee Coffee. Which we loved, of course. Our real destination in Kowloon however, was High Tea at the Ritz Carlton. On the 103rd floor of the Ritz Carlton to be precise ... a very high tea! ... very pleased. Spent a little bit more time walking around checking out shops and different areas, all very interesting.

Our dinner consisted of the snack supper in the lounge, international food. Then a walk the harbor to see the skyline and people watch. A stop at the outdoor lounge and finished the evening with a night cap. Need to rest up for tomorrow, bus tour to the other side of Hong Kong to see Victoria Peak & shopping. Until next time.
