... sitting on the lawn next to my bike. When I came out to the bike sure enough there he was sitting on a bonnet of a car and watching everything go by.

Off I went out of this rather mad and busy town and onto the old slow road north. After a few slow miles I pulled into a petrol station to fill my tank and then decided to look at my map. If only I had done this before I left the hotel. I noticed a few onramps to the motorway but as this was such a magical road (or so ...

... scenery...well, at that speed I was not going to look around. I did stop a few times either due to fatigue or refuelling or to take a few pictures.
I got into Rijeka in peak hour and had to deal with the heavy traffic but once out of the suburbs it wasn't long before I reached Opatia.
The Hotel was easy to find and is situated right on the waterfront, with ...

After a very calm motor all the way up the west coast of Krk we headed across the shipping channels in Mosenicka Draga with the intentions of staying in Rabac. On arrival very congested with little motor boats and the bouys did not look strong enough for Ellisa, especially as we were aware storms were due over night. We headed ...
