We then just walked all throughout the streets looking at different buildings and styles and ended up in the Campo which is the famous Sienese Square. It is a shell shape square with the Palazzo Pubblico and the Torre del Mangia at the bottom of the shell. ... can do as they wish (punch, kick, etc.). We weren’t in Siena for the race, as it was a couple of weekends before…but the city was still covered in flags and ‘Palio’ memorabilia.
Most of our time was spent checking out the sights within the old city and enjoying the Tuscan vibe. Check out the pics!
