      They say it's Hawaii here but…where is the sun? Well the weather was not great but not that bad either. The first couple of days I could go around the island. Then, when it rained too much I stayed at the hostel and got some rest. I was actually pretty tired, I would almost say a little bit travelled-off, so it was a good thing.

      ... to Udo island just off of Jeju.

      We rented a few bicycles and biked around the small island. It was a very pretty island with great cliffs which black and white sand beaches.

      While at the black sand beach we took a boat ride to see some caves in the cliff. The boat ride was so bumpy due to the giant swells that it was like a roller coaster. It was a lot of fun.

      ... had been covered in lava and solidified so they were hollow tubes. I also saw a parakeet brutally attacking a dove for who know what reason, I guess they just had beef or something. They also had about a dozen ostriches, which I now believe to be about the scariest creature in the world. When did they get so ugly? They are like a hybrid between a peacock, a goose, and a dinosaur.

      I arrived to drizzle at Junmun resort at 9 in the morning, which is apparently too early for the tour groups. I had basically Cheonjeyeon to myself. The grounds are famous because of a myth that heavenly nymphs would come down to specifically bathe in the Cheonjeyeon pond. That would explain why the curved bridge heading to the falls have these big white carvings of nymphs. ...
