Another drive today, this time to Seabrook which is 20 minutes south of Houston. It was a 4 hour drive and we were surprised by the amount of greenery and trees around during the drive. New Word Alert - Cilantro - this really was a new word to me, we all know about sidewalk and garbage and gas but cilantro???? turns out it is corriander, cilantro is the leaf and corriander the seed or the other way around.

... Aquarium which doubles as a resturant and loved the Gumbo and Salad that we ordered. The Aquarium was beautiful and we viewed the different types of life that lived in the aquarium as we ate.
The best part of my Kemah experience was the train ride around the boardwalk that doubled as a tour. It was quite fun...even if made mostly for kids...and I really want to visit Kemah again during warmer months. ...

... but you are not allowed to stay more than 180 days a year on a tourist visa. Coincidentally, this worked quite well for me. I was in Brazil for something like 86 days, so I knew I had to leave soon. So Jeremy and Lisa's wedding was at the perfect time for me to leave Brazil and still be able to travel back for another 90 days after the wedding. Thus, I was on my way home to Houston on May 15/16.
