    Glorious sunshiny day at Peggy's cove. Started the day with 2 breakfasts and a massage facial combo at the day spa. Ended with Royce sleeping and sick and me at the day spa ( taking his appointment ) . Royce didn't take his travel sickness tablets .. Complacent as he hasn't been sick .
