After four weeks past I definitely had learned a lot! Yoga is something that everyone can absolutely do and should try. It is much more than wearing ...

I took ten pages of notes within four hours and have plenty of thinking and processing to do now. My first day didn't get any easier on the way home as I managed to get lost... I had to be talked down by Julie, not amused as I was mega tired!! After a lush pasta dinner and a quick skype chat with lozz and then mum and dad, I started to prepare for the next day, I am so thankful to my mum as she helped me with some teaching ideas, the words Rabbit in the Headlights comes to mind! ...
