Day 47 - Leg #2 - Las Vegas, NV to Page, AZ
454 km and 5 hours
...we left Vegas at about 1 pm and had the goal of reaching Page around suppertime. We did OK, except for stopping for several picture spots along the way. The only place we really stopped for any time at was 'Pipe Springs' National Monument, where my handy All Park Pass again …

It was founded in 1957 (to support the workers for the dam) so really it isn't that old. View was great, and price, but there was a definite 'poopy' smell in the room. Everything looked OK, bathroom smelt deodorized, so we figured we'd just go with it. Until my wife lifted the toilet seat...
...found out what was causing the smell.
Don't know who left it, but cleaning staff sure didn't find/flush it!
