... walls are and the Cathedral, a nice area with the usual restaurants and odd narrow steets. Our guide who had the most peculiar English which was more like Franglais with very odd sentence construction took us into the Cathedral. I had lost the plot by this time and walked around by myself and then waited till the others had gone round with the guide. We came off the tour at this point and ...

When Peter finally returned, it was soon time for dinner at La Tour Genoese which is around the corner from our hotel. Peter had lamb and Anne had rockfish en papillote which apparently means wrapped in aluminum foil. It was tasty nonetheless. We will certainly miss some of theses delicious dinners once we're back to our old routines at ...

... we were driving at 30 km/hr. The traffic was very light so we had no problem in taking our time and stopping en route wherever there were good views of the cliffs and sea. We stopped for a mid-morning coffee/tea at a hotel/restaurant set up in the hills among beautiful trees and flowers and a wonderful view. Part of the road on the last half of our journey was quite spectacular with a very narrow ...
