It was amazing, the water is super fast, and we went through rocks, down descent sized mini water falls, and even jumped into the wter for a swim. The water carrys you down the river pretty fast. After about 45 minutes of rafting, we stopped at a big waterfall to have a break. When I stood under the waterfall, it was like a super powerful water jet, and it blasted me forward. It was crazy. ... around with the 38 elephants at the park. We met some great people, had many laughs, worked our tails off & were very happy to indulge in the Thai massages that were provided by the ladies from the local village! The best part of course was being up close with the elephants – such gentle, smart, caring creatures! It was heartbreaking to see what had been done to them but at least they are in a good place now & hopefully this type of elephant tourism will ...
