... our trip to Paris. Um, we should have been on the Eurostar this morning. I'll explain. When we booked into our London hotel we were told 8 nights. They had an offer 8 nights for the price of 7 so we just assumed that was our booking. Panic set in. Quick call to our travel agent who luckily up at 5:30 and she talked up through some thing. You must ring the hotel in France and let them know what is going on or they'll cancel your ...

... The British Museum. An amazing building with fantastic artefacts from all the Ancients such as Egypt, Syria, Ming, Rome and Greece. Only spent a couple of hours there but that was plenty. Then returned home for a small R&R before our big nite out for Friday Date Night, dinner and the Commitments show. Back into the Westend for some pre-show drinks and a quick ...

... to sleep. They couldn't move us either as there wasn't a single spare seat. In the end we were given a compensation form, a 20 € voucher for their shop in Helsinki and champagne from 1st class. We also took it turns to sit in the dud seat, with the one awake watching a film and the one asleep in that seat. It was annoying though -the constant flashing of the screen gave me a headache. On arrival in Siem Reap we were picked up in a tuktuk, sent by rhe hostel. I felt ...
