... spent our first full day in West Hollywood with a hike to the Griffith Observatory. After a 30 minute walk through Hollywood our actual hike began. Confession: I am super out of shape, so I was somewhat tired just from our walk to the hike .... eek.

... Allison guided us around Hollywood and we even managed to find a park to play some 4 on 4 touch American football. Talia, Dylan, Sean, and I won. The final touchdown was a glorious 40 yard pass from Dylan to Sean and the rest of my team celebrated wildly. I was sulking cos Dylan didn't pass to me.

... so typical of summer here and we were happy to watch you enjoy it too. Having almost everbody here to celebrate the start of the Olinger family 45 years ago, so special to us, words cannot describe the feeling of looking around and seeing all that love.
