    beautiful view on the beach, clean and comfortable. Very quiet place, ideal for people afraid of Cancun!

    ... turbulent landing.

    Arriving early felt good when the pilot announced this but our Mexico time on the ground didn't get any longer as we had to sit on the runway for 20 minutes waiting for a gate to be available to pull up to! We could feel the heat outside in the plane--sunny and 29 degrees.

    ... bar almost attacked the Russian dude when he tried to grab it. Then we got into our swimming gear to go swimming in Cenotes. Cenotes are underground caves filled with water, they are all over the place through the Yucatun peninsular. We walked down to the first Cenote, the options were to jump down into the water through a hole that drops 10 meters into the water in the cave below, the water death is 60 meters deep.
