On Friday night went out again to a few Chinese clubs. I think things may have lost their flare since last time, but the experience was one different than from back home. Crazy music, elevated dance floors, and free drinks because you are white. That about sums up a night out in China.

Tim and I were in charge of the cupcake walk for the fair. Finding all the ingredients for the icing and the decorations was challenging – not a lot of bakers here. Friday was icing day, and 8 mothers came in and decorated nearly 200 cupcakes - they looked wonderful. I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture of them! The next question was how to keep them ...

... boy who entered looked up and spotted a mouse looking down on the cake from the open tile hole in the ceiling! We made sure there wasn't a crumb of cake left for him or any of his pals!!
