Day 20 We were firstly introduced to our diving instructor Ed from London and drive master apprentice Lesley from New York. We also met Tom from Surrey doing his open water course with us! After watching a hour and a half video giving an overview of open water diving and course aspects, we learnt how to set up and dismantle all the ...

After being accosted by taxi drivers, we managed to bargain for a semi-reasonable price and rolled through Denpasar's heavy rush hour traffic to our hotel.

... Shisha (that tasted of melon) and we decided this would be our dinner spot. Tapas being fries, chicken skewers and nachos. Not traditional tapas food but filling. We made what was probably the wrong decision, to have a second Shisha. Grape and Mint, which also tasted like melon. As they go on and on, and we were tired, we gave it little more than 15mins attention. All in all, 2 Mojitos 2 Singapore slings 2 Long Island ice teas, 2 shishas, and tapas (as above) ran to approx ...
