... Pegnitz which cuts through Nuremburg... over one of the bridges is where we ate a couple of panini so over a couple of beers. At the far side of the square, before the walk up to the castle, is the place where we ate a couple of rolls filled with sausages and mustard over a couple of foaming beers. On the other side of the square is where we ate chocolate cake and cheesecake over a couple of glasses of dry white wine.

Jim and Bill had a taste (0.5 litre!) of Dark German beer, Dunkle Weizen - very nice. A local told us there are 300 breweries around Nuremberg and Bamberg.
After dinner we were entertained on board by an excellent singer who sang songs from most European countries - a nice change from Pieter the resident entertainer...

... a beautiful breakfast of boiled eggs, meat, cheese and breads. We had a very long relaxed breakfast and a short talk with my parents on Skype then we headed off to get Nina. Felix was so excited, he was jumping out of is skin. The first thing he did when he woke up was to get everything ready to go – when we still had hours before we left! I was more excited by all the different symbols and letters on ...
