    ... stuff" Lori wanted of mine. We'll head out on Sunday...Lori to Portland and Linda and me to Grants Pass.

    It was fun to wake up to a field, right next to us, full of horses, riders and horse trailers. I must admit that it put my cats' litter box to shame though, lol. But we saw some really beautiful horses.

    ... City (population of 64,000) for dinner with the Prune Bargaining Association and some growers at Sutter Buttes Brewing, a micro brewery and restaurant. We all tried the special beer which is brewed in old Bourbon barrels, has a real bourbon aftertaste and has 12 % alcohol. Not many had a second glass.     ... an auto parts store, replaced them, and got back just in time to get cleaned up and head over to the farm. After we took pictures we hung around for a while longer talking to Katie while Iris played and Dean went to check out some of the cows. Afterwards we went out for some yummy tacos at Sol relieved that we were able to get some pictures taken and the kids could get as messy as they wanted now.

    ... we were at last night. About that party..

    It was SO COOL!! Chico is SO COOL!!!
    It was a benefit party for local anti-fracking groups. There was a Rage AGainst the Machine cover band, kegs, $1.00 grilled cheese sandwiches, a fire, fire staff spinners, and like 200 hippes! What more could you ask for in a house party. Chico is a really awesome place and every night is dollar beer night someplace. This town is known for being a party town and ...

    Stopped at my uncle's place in Chico. We decided it was time to change Sally's oil after about 4000 miles of driving probably a good idea. My uncle owns a bike shop so he had all the wrenches and such that we needed. We had a little complication, but everything worked out. Now Sally is all fixed up.
