We woke up today and decided that were going to try to enjoy our last full day in Sydney instead of being sad about moving on and guess what that's what we did! Breakfast outside the opera house overlooking the harbour bridge and then a visit to the Hyde Park Barracks museum, we were both taken by the personal stories of the convicts journeys to Sydney and the conditions that they lived in. ... all lit up. The apartment we were in was lovely, notwithstanding the airconditioning problem. It's not somewhere I will probably return to but I'm so glad I went. We had a wonderful day out on the water visiting all the islands and Kristjan was an absolute star.
Highlight: without question Plitvice Lake National Park. It absolutely deserves to be named one of the natural wonders of the world and it just reinforces how stunningly beautiful nature can be.

The alarm at 5.00am was a rude awakening but a necessity to get this trip underway. In a taxi you 6.20 and at the airport by 6.50 (3 hours before flight as required), checked in and through customs etc. by 7.20. And now the wait begins. A browse through the shops, breakfast at Maccas and then another browse takes me to 8.30. At least I can hook into power to keep the iPad fully charged for the flight. ... Pretty much squash without the racket! We watched this for a bit and I made the most of what seemed to be free Red Bull! So I was completely energised for the trampolining soon. We arrived and unfortunately it was still so busy! But was still good. They had trampolines into a foam pit, trampolines in front of basketball hoops and an area with out 50 trampolines surrounded by angled ones to make a wall.
