... couldn't imagine never seeing my host family again! Saying bye was the hardest thing about this trip, the amount of times we said bye and gave each other hugs were un-countable! There were tears, hugs and sadness, all different emotions from the first day we met them! Hopefully we will make their time in Australia just as incredible as they made it for us! Two hearts

Some of them are obvious to us, others need a LONG explanation. ...

Each person they asked (Billy had written out where we wanted to go in Chinese) kept pointing further along the street. Almost 1/2 hour later the last request pointed to the building behind us. The camera was found and a bit of bargaining was done until we discovered the Chinese use 6-digit PINs. David gave money to Greg and the deal was concluded ...

Hello readers! Are you still there? I hope you have been off having fun summer adventures and not sitting around waiting for me to update my blog. I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to write, but I really have been traveling around all summer. First, way back in June, I went to Canada. I had exactly one month to visit family and friends around BC and Alberta. First, I stayed in Surrey and Abbottsford to visit some friends, then I went to the island to visit some family. Next I ...
