... of some “veteran” teachers, we found some new food sources which will help – cream cheese and sliced ham. I made Blanche’s mushroom dip last night and it tasted soooo good!

We know the deep freeze has settled in at home and we’re shivering in empathy. At least there hasn’t been a lot of snow to shovel yet!

... the weird rule of our "Around the World" ticket. Both Shanghai and Beijing are west of our next global destination, Denpasar Bali. Travel destinations must always be in the same direction. In our case destinations must always be east of the last one. Beijing is one degree east of Denpasar.
