The bad: single pane windows and on ground floor to the street means wearing ear plugs at night.
The sitting area has a very bad smell every now and then like sewage which we've emailed the owner about but she is away in France.

... and he gave in. Every now and again tho he would bobble his head to a song for a second with his eyes closed. If they were really good he actually woke up as if he had never been asleep and had a little jog on the seat to the music. It was a good night all round, and dan almost got a phone number out of it haha. But it was the last song and it was time to head home for anther cup of tea. ...
