    ... his name is "Elvis". Taryn and Mikayla had made a deal that when we arrived we would go for slurpees because there were none in Indonesia and Mikayla missed them.     ... remarkable for detail, and precise scale for everything from the construction down to the cutlery. Fascinating! One of the unexpected pleasures of the museum visit was watching the dozen or so volunteer artists who were set up around a model, doing charcoal drawings of their interpretations. A couple of children were in the group and anyone who wished could join in as space permitted. It was fascinating to see 12 or so different interpretations of the same subject ...

    ... and Laura gave me a grand tour of the resort, and the keels and I took the kayaks out on the lake. We paddled around for a while, and then we came in and chatted away!
