    ... skeptical as there have been rumours that the government does this on occasion whenever they feel it necessary. What that means, I am not sure. The conditions are growing worse here. Without running water, in the schools, or our apartments there is no way to clean ourselves, clothes, dishes or at the very most flush the toilets.     ... as said its not that the ideas weren't great, they just were not delivered in a context that was relaxant to the everyday classroom. I feel that if they had of allowed for people to break off into groups, this would have been a better use of time as it would have allowed for discussion, which in turn would have allowed for a more valuable connection to be made between the topic and the teacher.
