... land in the Ostler Valley. Jim's brother-in-law is the winemaker and he's doing a great job of it! We sampled several wines, surprisingly, one of our favourites was a Riesling (this region grows Riesling grapes well, apparently) and they had a spectacular (but very expensive we found out, when we bought a bottle and he rang it up!) And then spend a few days in queensland playing frisbee golf and enjoying the chaos of this crazy backpacker town. Did a great trip to Milford Sound where Robin celebrated his 2-7 wooo and also did a lord of the rings type walk on the Routeburn track (one of the great walks in ...

... for the rest of the day, we were aware of a nice camping spot near Matarua. We ended up going the wrong way but after a woman at the service station in town pointed us towards the right direction we were all set for the evening.

It was a glorious evening, and a nice spot not far away from the river. Not bad at all for our first night. We were to take it in turns with who had the bed mattress, I had first dibs and was in for a comfortable night’s ...
