... bus stop, does not mean the doors open. You have to push a second button to make the doors open. Now really does that make sense. If you request the bus to stop it should automatically assumed that you actually want to EXIT the bus. But nope. That is not the french way. I guess maybe they want to give you the flexibility of stopping the bus without exiting- just in case you get the urge at some point. So ya, the bus doors aren't automatic ...

... matches and you can't tell where the sidewalk starts or ends. So it all looks like sidewalk, till a car is inching up your bum and your like-oops- this is a street not a sidewalk. Sorry.
